Concord Insurance

The Plan provides All Risks cover for home contents against any accidental physical loss or damage including the risks of fire, theft, typhoon, explosion, earthquake, flood, bursting of pipe and malicious damage except for those risks which are excluded. The maximum aggregate limit for home contents is up to HKD1,000,000 per year.
And this plan also includes the following benefits:

•	Loss of or damage to home contents being temporarily removed to any other premises for cleaning, renovation, repair or other similar purposes.

•	Loss of or damage to home contents whilst in transit by professional removers from the Insured's premises to a new Insured's premises within Hong Kong.

•	Loss of money at Insured's premises caused by fire or theft.

•	Replacement cost of locks and keys due to burglary.

•	Replacement cost of spoilt frozen food due to accidental power failure or breakdown.

•	On cost incurred for temporary accommodation if the Insured's premises being rendered uninhabitable caused by any insured perils.

•	On cost of removal of debris following loss or damage to the Insured's premises caused by any insured perils.

•	If Insured or the Insured's family members are fatally injured caused by fire or theft at the Insured's premises.

Excess
The Insured shall be responsible for:


•	Cover 1: Home contents cover the first HKD 500 of each and every claim. the first HKD 1,000 of each and every removal claim. the first HKD 1,000 or 10% of claim caused by typhoon, windstorm or water damage, whichever is the greater.

General Exclusive

The Company does not cover:

•	Loss of or damage to mobile/portable telephone, pagers, spectacles, contact lens and sporting equipment ;

•	Loss of or damage to contents caused by scratching, rust, wear and tear, vermin and mechanical or electrical fault or breakdown ;

•	Loss of or damage to computer records ;

•	Loss of or damage to contents on the roof or open area or insured under a separate policy;

•	Claims arising from whatsoever causes if the Insured's premises is left unoccupied for more than 60 consecutive days, except the loss of or damage to contents caused by fire, lightning, explosion, earthquake, typhoon, windstorm, flood and bursting of pipes.

•	Claims arising from war, radioactivity or sonic bangs ;
